Terms & Conditions – Early Access Giveaway for Free Hydration for a Year

By entering the "Early Access Giveaway for Free Hydration for a Year" promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter

  • The promoter is: STYRKR, located at Gatwick Distribution Centre, Whittle Way, Crawley RH10 9RW.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of STYRKR and their immediate families, affiliates, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
  • Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter the giveaway, simply sign up for early access through the form provided.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details:

  • Five (5) winners will each receive a 12 packs of the new SLT+ product.
  • Each winner will receive one delivery of 12 packs of SLT+ after the giveaway has been announced.
  • The product will be delivered in the flavours available at the time of the giveaway; no changes to flavours or substitutions are allowed.

5. Prize Delivery:

  • Winners will be asked to provide accurate and complete shipping information (including full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address) only if they are selected as winners.
  • It is the winner's responsibility to provide correct details when requested. STYRKR is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the winners.
  • Prizes will be shipped to the winners after the giveaway has ended and winners have been notified.

6. No Returns or Exchanges:

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  • There are no returns or exchanges allowed for the SLT+ hydration packs once shipped.

7. Winner Selection:

  • The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the giveaway closing date.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification email, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on 22 July 2025 and closes at 11:59PM BST on 28 July 2025.
  • Entries received after this deadline will not be valid.

9. Privacy:

  • By entering the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting you regarding your prize.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to deliver the prize.
  • Personal information submitted will be used only to administer the competition and will be processed in accordance with STYRKR’s Privacy Policy available at https://styrkr.com/policies/privacy-policy 

 10. Health and Safety Disclaimer:

  • By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to consume the product.
  • SLT+ is an electrolyte supplement intended to be mixed with water and consumed as a hydration aid. It is not intended to replace meals or provide medical treatment.
  • Participants should review the list of ingredients and consult with a healthcare professional if they have any concerns about allergies or underlying health conditions, such as kidney disease, heart conditions, or electrolyte imbalances.
  • STYRKR is not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues that may arise from the consumption of the product.
  • This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a doctor or healthcare provider before starting any new dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

11. Marketing Opt-In

  • By entering the giveaway, you opt-in to receive marketing communications from STYRKR, including product updates, promotions, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering this giveaway, participants agree to release STYRKR from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with the giveaway, the use or misuse of the prize, or any technical errors that may occur.
  • STYRKR is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures related to third-party services, including issues with email notifications, website access, or prize fulfillment.

13. General Conditions:

  • STYRKR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.
  • Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or its subsidiaries. 
  • By participating, entrants agree to release Meta from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
