Arrange a quick and easy return up to 7 days after your shipment has been received.
Email us at email@example.com stating your name, address, order number, and reason for return. A member of our friendly team will get back to you ASAP to arrange your return.
Please note: All items purchased must be in original condition with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment. No refund is allowed for any product after 7 days. Core reserves the right to modify these terms/policies. You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes.
If you receive a faulty item, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Faulty Item’. A member of our team will be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund.
If you have been sent an incorrect item, please email us ASAP at email@example.com with the subject line ‘Incorrect Item’. Once we have received the incorrect item, we will arrange for the correct order to be sent next-day and will refund the postage.
