Most New Year’s resolutions fade by mid‑January; but 42 days is a focused window to build a real consistency mindset.

Habit science shows routines strengthen through repeated action, and research in new gym members found that roughly six weeks of regular training (around four sessions per week) was the minimum linked to establishing an exercise habit.

42FUELLED is a 42 day consistency mindset challenge designed to help you build a training routine and a fuelling habit you can sustain beyond January. You will get weekly structure, practical guidance, and a community layer that keeps you accountable without making it feel extreme or unrealistic.

It is built for anyone who wants to train with purpose through winter. Runners, cyclists, hybrid athletes, and gym goers will all fit. It also works for beginners who want a simple plan to show up consistently and improve week by week.

You do not need to follow a rigid daily rule set. The goal is consistent action over 42 days. You choose the sessions that match your level, then fuel and recover in a way that supports that training. Weekly prompts help you stay on track, even if life gets in the way.

No. You can join without purchasing. If you do choose to fuel with STYRKR, we will point you towards the best approach for your sport and training so your routine is easier to maintain and your sessions feel better.

We keep tracking simple so you actually stick with it. You will have weekly check-ins, a 42FUELLED tracker or brevet card to tick off the days, and optional community accountability through a Strava club and weekly shoutouts.

When you sign up you unlock the 42FUELLED guide, weekly structure, and campaign-only perks such as recognition and community features. If there are prizes or performance testing rewards, the landing page will clearly outline how eligibility works and when winners are selected.
