30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We believe in our products but if, for whatever reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means if you are not 100% happy with your order we will give your money back to you. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- To be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- You must return the items to us in original condition and packaging, on a tracked service. Please note orders worth more than £50 must be returned on an insured service.
- You must reply with relevant information to support your claim, for example, photo evidence, proof of purchase, or any other relevant information requested by our customer service team within the 30-days.
Contact us here stating your name, address, order number, and reason for return. A member of our friendly team will get back to you ASAP to arrange your return.
Please note: All items purchased must be in original condition with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment. No refund is allowed for any product after 7 days. STYRKR reserves the right to modify these terms/policies. You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us with the subject line ‘Faulty Item’. We investigate all faulty items to improve our products, photo evidence or return of faulty items may be required to get a full refund. You may make a claim for faulty items up to the item’s expiry.
Incorrect Items
If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating 'incorrect item'. Once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order to be resent via a next-day delivery service and will refund the postage cost.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and amend for you.
