Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Please note that international orders will usually take longer to ship than UK orders. 

Is Styrkr vegan?

All our products are Vegan Society-approved and made with natural ingredients. You’ll not find any colourants or preservatives in our products either. Why? Because your body doesn’t need them. With Styrkr, it’s natural ingredients all the way to the finish line.

Is Styrkr gluten-free?

Many of our products are gluten-free, but some are not. Check the individual product descriptions to find out.

Do I need to keep your products in the fridge?

No, you don’t need to. You should store your products in a cool, dry place, such as a kitchen cupboard.

Can I take MIX60 and SLT05 together?

Yes, the MIX90 and SLT05 can be combined however, you would need to take the additional salt content of the MIX90 into account with your plan. It would be best to preload an hour prior to racing and no later than 30 minutes before.

Can energy gels go out of date?

Yes, energy gels can go out of date. Most energy gels have a shelf life from the date of manufacture. It is important to check the expiration date on the package before consuming our products. Additionally, it is important to store energy gels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. This will help to ensure that the energy gel remains fresh and safe to consume.

Can I use your products whilst pregnant/breastfeeding?

Most of our products should be generally safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women. However, we strongly advise that you speak to your doctor or healthcare professional about the specific product before using it if you are pregnant/breastfeeding.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All products you receive should have a shelf life of at least 3 months, however, do contact us if you are unsatisfied with the shelf life of your product. Check thelabel to see the best before date. The shelf life may be shorter than some other products on the market - this is because we use natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives.

Are your products tested for heavy metals?

Yes, all our products are third-party lab tested for heavy metals to ensure optimum safety and quality.

Are foam packing peanuts recyclable?

Yes, they are made from natural, plant-based starches - 100% water biodegradable, 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable.Making them easy to dispose of in an eco-friendly way.Biodegradable packing peanuts can be dissolved when exposed to moisture and warmth, they can be dissolved in your home and washed away down the sink, or can even be added to a compost bin.

When will I receive my order?

UK Delivery

At checkout, you will be able to choose from multiple shipping options. This means you can receive your order next day, or in 3-5 working days.

International Delivery

Your order should arrive between 4-5 working days. After placing an order, you will receive an email with a tracking link that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment.

How do I track my order?

Once we receive your order confirmation, you'll be sent a shipping confirmation email within one to two days. The email you receive will provide a link you can use to check the status of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept pretty much every payment method! This includes Shopify Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all credit & debit cards.

Where do I apply my discount code?

You can apply discount codes at checkout in the blank box titled ‘Coupon Code’.

My discount code isn’t working?
